I have always loved to draw and paint and am now lucky enough at work as a freelance illustrator & designer, creating colourful children's illustration for clients all over the world from my studio in Sheffield, in the UK.

After gaining a 1st BA (Hons.) in Graphic Design, I began my design career working in-house for UK Department Store NEXT designing children's bedding, home and gift ranges.

To further develop my illustration skills, I later went on to complete a MA in Illustration at Falmouth University, Cornwall and have spent the last 7 years being commissioned by publishers and clients to create illustrations for picture books, greeting & gifting ranges, bedding, packaging and a variety of children's merchandise.

Aside from drawing I try to fit in lots of cycling and hiking up mini mountains in the peak district, and travel to much bigger snow covered mountains whenever possible!
